Sarah Ansari is a self-described "unremarkable woman but a believer in big dreams;" her journey and passion are nothing close to unremarkable. She founded Artizara in 2002, a pioneer in the modest fashion and lifestyle space. A woman with big dreams to share the beautiful stories in the Muslim community to the world. She has been sewing since she was eight. A love passed on from her mom, who taught her how to make clothes piece by piece. She also taught her to have pride in being my authentic self; that’s what Artizara is about: building a world where all people hold their heads high and celebrate their identity. Fashion is more than a choice in clothing. Fashion is a lifestyle.
