Lucas has been in B2B sales for 20 years and inbound marketing for the better part of a decade. In 2013, he founded and bootstrapped his inbound marketing agency, which evolved into the "Growth Agency" known as Orange Pegs. Today, he and his partner, Jason Barbato, a renowned "growth hacker," are helping small to medium-sized businesses in tech, software, staffing, accounting, venture-backed startups, and telecommunications grow and scale.
His expertise lies in creating synergy and cohesion between sales and marketing teams through comprehensive targeting and engagement strategy. He builds lead funnels utilizing the inbound methodology, and he helps businesses close qualified opportunities through sales automation and inbound sales coaching.
Jason is a data-driven, growth-minded leadership, strategy, execution, and experimentation to enhance and advance marketing and product experiences, technology stacks, branding and positioning, digital content, inbound programs, and more. Expertise and focus in verticals such as technology, SaaS, analytics, staffing/recruiting, and real estate, among others.
His career progression has been built on successful partnerships and experiences with enterprise organizations, small and medium businesses, startups, agency and vendor partners, and entrepreneurs over the last decade after five years in newspaper journalism.

Ariel Kramer has been working with communications and marketing for the past 10 years. She founded her own boutique PR and Marketing firm, Klover Communications, in 2013 and has served as the Chief Communications Officer of CELLINK, the publicly traded leading 3D Bioprinting company since 2016. She was listed as one of the top 25 women in 3D Printing for her work with CELLINK. Kramer has worked with companies all over the world helping them raise their visibility and establish a strong brand. Aside from her work with communications and marketing, she currently writes for Business Insider and has written for The Wall Street Journal and Huffington Post.
