Organic farming start-ups have been becoming crucial part of food industry. Hence, we are organizing a panel with two leading entrepreneurs in the business, to learn their interesting stories and discuss the future of the organic food industry. Pınar Kaftancıoğlu has left the school at the age of 18, when she considered it unsuitable for herself. After some time, she founded "Ipek Hanim Çiftliği" in Aydin, by organizing the villigers. As a consequence of her success, she was invited to Yale Women’s Leadership Initiative Conference as speaker. Murat Tapik has graduated from Robert College and then Bogazici University. After graduation he started working at Microsoft. While his family and friends expected him to work at a well-known company, his love for the nature urged him to start his own organic farm business.
