Scotty is a technology company with its transportation and logistics services for people to save their time. Scotty started as motorcycle ridesharing application which launched food delivery and courier services later on.

As a very active student, Tarkan has started his early entrepreneurship career during his studies at the university. There, he has established the business club and started a magazine, Egenomi, which were both very popular at that time. Kapitalist Online was an online game Tarkan created from scratch which reached out to a significant number of subscribers in a very short time. After graduating from Aegean University, BA, Tarkan Anlar started his professional career as an entrepreneur.

He has established several companies in various industries and after building a strong network in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, he decided to start Scotty in Turkey.

As a visionary leader and enthusiastic professional, he believes in hard-working and taking prompt actions to hit the target. At Scotty, which started as the first motorcycle ride-sharing company in Turkey, he established a super-cool team, which engaged with the citizens very quickly and changed people's tendencies about transportation.
