As LinkedIn’s India Country Manager since September 2019, he is focused on the next wave of growth for the business and in making LinkedIn an integral part of the country’s national agenda in terms of jobs and upskilling of India’s professional workforce. India is a strategic market for LinkedIn, and Ashutosh is focused on fostering key government relationships to inform policy- making, to propel the LinkedIn brand forward, and to evangelise the value of the LinkedIn brand to members and customers. His seasoned leadership and deep market experience make him highly skilled at building businesses at scale and to outline and implement the right strategic plans for India.
In addition to his role as Country Manager, Ashutosh continues to lead the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions’ Online Sales Organization (OSO) for Asia Pacific and China.
Ashutosh is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi. He is currently based in Gurgaon and shuttles between Bengaluru and Gurgaon in his role as India Country Manager for LinkedIn.
Passionate about driving awareness for digital strategy, Ashutosh has also been a Member of Board for IAB Southeast Asia and India, where he proactively contributed to building a positive perception and growth for the digital industry with local, regional and global context.
He’s a native of India with 10+ years of experience working both in the US and India. He started his first company Mindbowser in 2012 that grew to 50+ employees and crossed 1M+ in annual revenue in 4 years. The company is still running. He has been chapter director of StartupGrind for Pune for the last 3 years.

Mr. Didar is among the leading entrepreneurs of Afghanistan who is putting strong efforts to contribute to economic development of country through Startups, he manages these efforts under a program named Afghanistan Startup Revolution; the program has four components of nurturing Entrepreneurial Mindset in Youth, Inspiring Youth to start Startups, availing Required Facilities for Startups and Advocacy to create an Enabling Environment for Startups. As part of AGHAEZ endeavors; Mr. Didar is currently managing Silicon Valley based Startup Grind in Afghanistan, he is one of the leading organizers and sponsors of TechStar’s Startup Weekend in Afghanistan, he has founded Startup Valley – Afghanistan Business Incubation Center, he has co-founded impACT – a Global Social Entrepreneurship Movement, he one of the core members of leading an Advocacy Dialog in Government for introduction of Afghanistan’s first Startup Policy and he publishes Afghanistan’s Startup Ecosystem Report. Mr. Didar is one of the core founding members of advocacy association for startups - Startups and Emerging Entrepreneurs Network (SEEN).
