Currently, Lindile is the CEO of Primedia, a leading media and advertising group that operates across multiple platforms, including radio, outdoor advertising, and digital media. He's also the Group Chief Revenue Officer of Primedia Broadcasting. In addition to his work at Primedia, Lindile is also an expert in defining bespoke growth playbooks for Fortune 500 companies and helping them implement them successfully. He has an MBA with Merit from the University of Birmingham and has worked as the General Manager of the Small Medium Enterprise division at MTN. He's also the Chief Entrepreneur Officer at Eden, a digital platform that assists entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Lindile is also a published author, having written The Young Entrepreneur's Playbook, a book that shares his insights on success in business. In his book, Lindile provides practical tips and advice on growing and managing a business, drawing from his extensive experience in entrepreneurship and business leadership.
