Lerato Dontache is a noteworthy passionate social tech entrepreneur, mentor, and CEO of the technology company Nxa Technology obtained her Marketing Management Diploma and certificate in Systems design. Quit her first job at an insurance underwriter Lerato began her journey as an entrepreneur at a tender age of 21, to build a multi-million business that employs 30 employees ranging from Mobile, Web Developers and Digital Marketing to build platforms that improve the lives of others. Originally from Mamelodi township.

Lerato is a futurist.

Being a Co founder of a Nxa technology group companies she is always put in a position to you technology to solve lives pressing issues especially to the marginalized and excluded.

With Nxatel she aims to resolve the issue around unbanked market in Africa by using airtime as a form of currency to buy goods and services.

With thriving.network is to build the largest digital entrepreneural platform in Africa with over 80 000 entrepreneurs on the platform its only the beginning to digitize the way entrepreneurs get mentored, do business and access funding.

She is so inspiring as she started business at age 21 and has been going now for the past 10 years with no signs of slowing down and has employed more than 200 people during that time. Having learnt so much from the challenges and victories in business Lerato can inspire young women to pursue technology entrepreneurship as I tool to change the world as we know it.
