Her primary focus is to meet the needs of clients and candidates alike while maintaining and upholding the best interests of all parties concerned.
Sanjay is an accomplished entrepreneur, business strategist, chartered accountant, investor and board member, having founded/co-founded various start-up enterprises. He has 25 years’ professional experience working across a multitude of sectors. He is a seasoned executive, who has advised multi-nationals, large corporations and SMEs in various areas, including strategy formulation, M&A activity, capital raising and B-BBEE compliance. Sanjay is integrally involved in the start-up and early stage ecosystem, and is an active angel investor. He supports early-stage entrepreneurs as an advisor, mentor, coach & investor.
Xoliswa Moraka - Founder & MD - Colab4Growth: Xaliswa is a seasoned Economic Development Programme management specialist and founder of Colab4Growth, a global Entrepreneurship and SMME Venture Building Consultancy enabling new and existing business founders to build their enterprises into generational assets that are purposeful, value-adding, growth-oriented, and sustainable. She has over 15 years of experience designing, managing, and executing development programs that aim to facilitate and advance the economic inclusion, participation, and prosperity of African people in the formal economy through access to employment or entrepreneurship development opportunities.
Nothile is currently the executive of The Innovation Hub. Prior to her appointment as a General Manager eKasiLabs from 2019 to date, she held a Programme Manager position. In addition, she has 21 years experience working in private and public sector doing enterprise development. She has been a Trainee Business Analyst for Absa Bank, Project Coordinator for New Venture Africa, Managing Director for NJM Training Consultants and Strategy Coach for Raizcorp Incubator. She currently serves on two boards University of Johanesburg PEETS and I learn to Live. Nothile is s frequent speaker at various media platforms.
