Saira Gill

Saira is the Global Head of Portfolio Management for Antler, investing in and supporting a portfolio of over 280 investments across 10 countries. She has led the strategies across Antler to help support founders to have maximal impact, fundraise and grow. This includes creating content, events and workshops for founders, building up an international community of VCs and doing fundraising sprints with founders particularly from pre-seed to Series A. Previously, she founded two companies, one focussed on reducing food waste, the other on improving mental health using sound. She scaled two companies internationally, MyCitydeal (later bought by Groupon) and Antler, and worked in Venture Capital at Balderton Capital. Saira holds a Masters Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, where she specialised in Neuroscience and Psychology. Her hobbies include kitesurfing, raw food cooking, yoga and breathwork.
