About Errol Olton:
Errol Olton is an educational-thought leader and founder of The Resume Tailor LLC., a career coaching company. Over the past decade, he has dedicated his work towards lifting the same community in which he was born and raised in, The Bronx, NY.
Through the Resume Tailor he helps his clients highlight their skills, standout from the resume piles, and hear the words "You're hired"!
His work with youth has led to the formation of a mentorship program and reduction of a school suspension rate by 43%. Errol extended his work towards adults by launching a community adult education program which impacted over 500 lives through programs such as GED/High School Diploma, Financial Literacy, Parenting, and Career Skills. Errol’s work was recognized by a HSBC Bank’s Inaugural CARES award (2017), Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition (Elliot Engel, 2018), and a Co-op City N.A.A.C.P. award.
Whether working behind the scenes advising nonprofit leaders or coaching teams towards their highest potential, he embraces the quote “if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
