Joyce Daser Adams is the CEO of Autolady Synergy Company Ltd, a world class Automobile diagnosis and repair company that specializes in providing ideal automobile maintenance services for individuals and corporate organizations based in Abuja.
Joyce is a Mechanical Engineer by profession, bagged her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi State, in 2010.
Her first encounter with automobile space was when she finished her OND at Plateau State Polytechnic. She worked then with the Transport ‘B’ Department of Nigeria Police Force Headquarters(NPF) Abuja, under the auspices of Industrial Training Fund.
This exposure was further enhanced during her one year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Her primary assignment was with an automobile company known as Daneland Automobile in Sagamu, Ogun State. Her relentless spirit, passion, zest and zeal have made her outstanding in her men dominated business domain.
In 2012, she applied for a Federal Government Grant, YouWin Program for women, and became one of the beneficiaries of the grants.
Because of her audacity in the pursuit of her dream, and the belief that men and women are born with the same ability, Joyce has grown from an auto mechanic to an entrepreneur.
In 2013 she co-founded Autolady Synergy Coy Ltd in a bid to put into practice what she has learned over the years.
She believes that the only limitation to one's success in life is that placed by one on oneself.
Joyce also believes that partnership and collaboration are very essential and are key for faster business and market expansion for every entrepreneur.
She became a franchise owner with Automedics Limited in 2014. This company has operated in Abuja for a period of 5 years.
She has been active in youth mentorship and increase participation of women in STEM industries for the purpose of molding the next generation of women Auto Engineers.
She is an On-Air Personality on ‘The Auto Mechatronix Show’, a radio show that discusses car talk, car tips and traffic law.
Joyce believes that giving back to the society is an integral part of a successful living.
In the light of this, she co-founded a non-profit organization called Autolady Inspires Foundation that was birthed from Autolady Synergy Company with the primary purpose to encourage, enlighten, empower and educate female mechanics in Nigeria.
With the aim of building Girls Auto Squad in collaboration with Nenis Foundation, a social project designed to empower girls and women, who are with very little resources, to become entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneurship, Technical and Vocational Education Training (ETVET) Program.
The goal is to make these women mobile Auto Diagnostics and Quick Service Technicians.
Mrs. Adams is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
She is also a certified trainer in AUTOMECHATRONICS with AUTOMEDICS LTD.
She is happily married with children.
