He is also a career coach, strategist, and consultant who helps undergraduates and graduates, and professionals find the work they love to do in order for them to live a satisfying work life and live their dreams. He has helped many of his clients, mentees, volunteers, trainees, interns find their career paths, life work, and make impact!

Sam Semako Jinadu is first and foremost, a mentor to many. He is also a career coach, strategist, and consultant who helps undergraduates and graduates, and professionals find the work they love to do in order for them to live a satisfying work life and live their dreams.

He has helped many of his clients, mentees, volunteers, trainees, interns find their career paths, life work, and make impact on other people while doing what they love.

He is the author of GET IT RIGHT - How to Find the Work You Love, which is available on amazon.com, and Perception Management - Getting Noticed In a Crowded Marketplace.

He is the principal partner of Career-Wise Consults based in Jos, Nigeria.

Prior to starting Career-Wise Consults, he volunteered and worked with Pro-Health International for seven years working as Logistic Officer travelling to over 13 states always catering for over 50 volunteers per project site in different states.

While on Pro-Health Int'l projects he initiated "Leadership Clinic" where senior volunteers often called VETERANS are invited to share their experiences with other volunteers.

Sam Semako relocated to Jos Nigeria from Lagos State in 2003 on personal inspiration without having knowledge of any relative or friend's to live with. His first few months in Jos, he started "School of Success" embracing resource persons from media, business world, civil society, etc sharing their success and failure stories with participants.

This later transformed into FOOTSTEPS AFRICA.

He is the founder of Plateau Volunteers Club, FOOTSTEPSafrica, Youth Initiative and Development, People And Career (PAC), and @JosEvents.

Through Career-Wise Consults (with his team), he had held different events like,

•Perception Management + Emotional Intelligence in partnership with Coach Sam Obafemi,

•Perception Management + Workplace Intelligence Workshop,

•Graduates Summit,

•Fit for Work in partnership with The American Corner Jos,

•Skills and Employment Training, and so on.

One of the resource persons for Continuing Medical Education for Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) and has spoken at Plateau State Chapter of Nigeria Medical Association Annual General Meeting (AGM).

He is one of the trainers for The Next Economy Employability & Entrepreneurship Training sponsored by SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages the Netherland, 1% club, Enviu and Afrilabs with support from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He was also at a time, a resource person for Nigeria Civil Service Union speaking throughout the northern zones of Nigeria.

Recently, he was also one of the NBC (Coca-cola) Mentors for #YouthEmpoweredNG hosted in Kaduna.

Anchored the recently introduced SOSCV Nigeria and Ara Rocks Nig. Ltd. Job Fair.

His strengths lie basically in mentoring, career development, and people networking.
