This event is the eighth event of Startup Grind in Afghanistan and the second in northern province of Mazar. The event to host inspirational entrepreneur Abdul Majid Nasrtyar, founder and managing director of Aria Private University in Mazar. 

Mazar is one of the five major cities of Afghanistan located in the northern part of the country. 

The The famous Jalal al-Din Rumi was born in this area, that is why in some places Balkhi is also used as his second name.
