Siobhan Dunphy is the Founder and CEO, of BON+BERG is a new intimate apparel brand. Siobhan designs bras and underwear that are soft, comfortable, and, most importantly, good for both you and the planet. She believes good choices should start with the very first layer you put on.

When Siobhán (also known as ‘Bon’ to her family and friends) decided to start the brand, her aim first and foremost was to design soft, comfortable underwear and bras using natural materials without all the bulky padding and underwire. The minimal designs of BON+BERG are a reflection of her own understated style.  When the idea first came about, Siobhán knew the products could only be made of sustainable materials and that each and every step along the supply chain should be considered.  She also wanted to use the brand as a way to spread awareness about climate change and the devastating impacts of fast fashion on the planet and a source of inspiration for those who would like to be more sustainable.  The values of BON+BERG are driven by Siobhán’s passion for nature and love of the mountains.

Shreya is the Founder & CEO of DiveIn Network. DiveIn Network brings diverse minds and communities together through our hub to encourage more diversity and inclusion in society. Our mission is to bring people from under-represented and represented backgrounds together to meet, listen, learn and collaborate. DiveIn is about coming together like one big allyship. Shreya is also writing a non-fiction book featuring stories of UK immigrants from different backgrounds and perspectives and looking to launch a new e-commerce brand.

Shreya spent 12 years working at IBM as a Project Manager and an Internal Recruitment/Resource Manager working across a variety of sectors - Banking, Media, Oil & Gas & Retail. She is a mother to 3 children (2 girls and a boy) and loves travelling, strength training and read about people and places.
