Hira Wajahat is an avid community builder and serves as the: National Lead | Pakistan, ClimateLaunchpadKarachi. She is also the organizer of Circular Economy Club Asia TFF Ambassador | Karachi, and Thought For Food® Foundation. Hira is passionate about building women, communities and the energy sector in Pakistan and serves as the Chapter Chair for Karachi, Women in Energy Pakistan. 

With over 16 years of professional experience and an MBA in Marketing, Cynia has a diverse set of skills in the fields of Marketing, Program Management, Startup Growth, Strategy and Community Building. She had held senior positions with multinationals such as Red Bull, UK Department For International Development, National Incubation Center and Telenor Pakistan. Although she aims for the sky, her passion for art keeps her grounded. She is also an entrepreneur by heart, and is currently working on her own startup that improves the livelihoods of artists in Pakistan.Cynia has spent the past 4+ years working in an accelerator (Telenor Velocity) and incubator (National Incubation Center), enabling startups to accelerate and grow. She is passionate about community building and also leads various other communities for Amazon Web Services (AWS), Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) and CMX Pakistan. She is also an International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Alumi for their ‘Women in Entrepreneurship’ Program. She believes startup founders in Pakistan should understand the method to the madness that is entrepreneurship. To help them in this regard, she has co-developed a customized curriculum designed with Human Centered Design Thinking, for startups in Pakistan.

Eisha Zeb serves as the Community Manager at the National Incubation Center, Islamabad and has an experience of over 8+ years working in the Pakistani startups space; helping businesses scale and build up the right kind of network and community.
