Mohamed Tolba is Egyptian entrepreneur , a Qualified Solution Sales Manager focusing on customer pains and needs rather than providing an existing product. The trust gained in this Consulting Sales Approach during the past years had gave him more insight into the customer current and future business needs leading to early engagement in the customers business Solution planning.
Tolba held several high management posts at different IT companies. He moved to Sudan in 2006 and became the Telecom Sales Manager of North Africa & Country Manager of International Turnkey Systems, before he started his own

In the same year, he founded "Salafyo Costa," or "Costa Salafis" an activist group that embraces cultural diversity and pluralism and strives for
social justice. It has evolved since into a social movement and a forum for dialogue, which brings together activists from different cultural, religious, ideological and ethnic backgrounds. Salafyo Costa has Coptic Christians,socialists , Muslim Brotherhood members and liberals. Some of the female members wear a niqāb while others sport a pair of jeans. Together they have forged a common identity and pursued common goals.
Working as a regional manager in company with +30 nationalities enhanced the team work experience driving his team to the goal oriented model in achieving our targets . In his free time, he engaged himself into human rights and community development activities. He write articles both in English and Arabic for portals, news papers and Research centers.
