In collaboration with Startup Grind Bhubaneswar, we from Startup Grind KIIT are calling all the innovators to their first international hackathon - Global Innovation Drive from 23rd January 2021. A virtual hackathon where tomorrow’s developers & entrepreneurs are pitted against each other in a series of tracks where they ideate, innovate and create.

The Hackathon is a Two Round competition consisting of creating solutions to problem statements followed by a screening process for the opportunity to pitch in front of the judges.

Event Tracks:

• Open Innovation
• Education
• Healthcare
• Finance
• Social Connectivity.

Details Regarding Participation:

• All teams should have a team name and a designated team leader who will only register for the event in Startup Grind’s Typeform.
• Each & every team member should make an account on the Startup Grind page and register for this event for any future updates.
• Team Size should be between 3 - 5 members.
• Participants of age 18 years - 25 years are eligible to participate in this hackathon.

Each and every team will have 54 hours to prepare a solution to the said problem statement. When the submission ends, the project submitted would be reviewed upon which the selected teams would progress on to the 2nd Round where they would have to pitch their ideas and marketing plans in front of the judges. Further details will be communicated upon the successful completion of the 1st Round.

The solutions to the problem statements must include the following:-

• A Prototype that can be an app or a website.
• A PowerPoint presentation that must include all the details about your ideas and the team.
• A business model for deploying your idea in the industry.
• The code used for making the prototype can also be submitted.

In this session, the problem statements will be released and a panel discussion with our judges will be conducted, followed by a Q&A and a networking session. Join us with Startup Grind Bhubaneswar on an exciting journey to explore and learn from successful startup founders and mentors.
