Tshegohatso Chifokoyo is the founder and social entrepreneur at a business consultancy firm, IsheCorp (PTY) LTD. Currently she is the Coordinator of Northern Cape Innovation Forum (NCIF). She has been a key member of the FNB Corporate division for 6 years. Notably, in the almost 3 years of her last stint in corporate as an Assistant Finance Manager and Regional Operations Manager, Tshego continued to provide efficient executive support. Her passion for socioeconomic development, drive and creativity is what led her towards the entrepreneurial path. One of her proudest achievements is presenting a sustainability TV show, Green Studio, in neighbouring Zimbabwe. She was a key part of a visionary team changing lives, as she believes it was one of the most effective ways to provide access to information on sustainability to communities most in need. Tshego’s good intercultural communication skills, passion for the environment and love for humanity are of great value to both her initiatives, in business and youth development. She has more than 10years combined training and experience in finance operations, project management, facilitation and enterprise development. Tshego holds a BCom Accounting degree from the University of Johannesburg, coupled with leadership and critical skills training courses, and is currently studying for her Masters in Management specializing in Innovation. Tshego is Co-director of Start-Up Grind Northern Cape chapter and she is a facilitator of Presencing Institute’s Ubuntu Lab.
