He serves on numerous corporate and community development boards where he contributes towards positive impact in his community and across the province.

He is the founder and director of Thole Chartered Accountants, a passionate social entrepreneur with experience across sectors. Sechaba Thole obtained his Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of Johannesburg, obtained his BCom Honours in Accounting and CTA (Certificate of Theory in Accounting) at UNISA. He has gain knowledge and valuable experience from both public and private sector. He completed his South African Institute of Chartered Accountant (SAICA) articles with the Office of Auditor General South Africa and obtained his part 1 qualifying board exam and PPE; he served two years of his articles with KPMG auditing clients such as Sasol, Eskom and various mining companies. He served on various consulting, audit and accounting assignments on both private and public sector.
The audit and Accounting work includes Blue Chip companies, Small Medium business enterprises, Government Departments, Municipalities and Non-profit organisations.
Matriculated (passed with merit) at Kimberley Boys High School 2004, Completed BCom (Accounting) degree at University of Johannesburg in 2007. Vacation work includes Ernst and Young in 2006. Joined KPMG in 2009 as an External Auditor / Trainee Accountant and then later joined The Office of the Auditor General in 2011.
2012 January: Completed South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) external audit Articles with the Office of the Auditor General SA.

Audit portfolio includes private, governmental and parastatal entities within diverse accounting systems governed by South African Finance Management Framework, policies and Legislation.

He was a finance trustee of Maphalane Disability Trust which is a beneficiary of Sishen Iron Ore Company-Community Development Trust (SIOC-CDT). Has now been appointed to serve as a Trustee on the board of the Sishen Iron Ore Company-Community Development Trust.
He has been appointed to serve on the council of the Northern Cape Community Education and Training College by Minister Blade Nzimande
He has also been appointed as independent non-executive director by Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) for the Kimberley Diamond and Jewellery Incubator. Former audit committee chairperson of Kopanong Local Municipality, member of the audit committee of Phokwane Local Municipality and Kgatelopelo Local Municipality
Sechaba Thole is currently a director of his own company Thole Chartered Accountants which provides auditing, advisory, tax and consultancy services. He is a registered auditor with IRBA, a chartered accountant in good standing, a registered assessor with SAICA and studying his second and final year in Masters of Business in Leadership with the UNISA School of Business Leadership
