Sechaba Thole obtained his Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of Johannesburg, obtained his BCom Honours in Accounting and CTA (Certificate of Theory in Accounting) at UNISA. He has gain knowledge and valuable experience from both public and private sector. He completed his South African Institute of Chartered Accountant (SAICA) articles with the Office of Auditor General South Africa and obtained his part 1 qualifying board exam and PPE; he served two years of his articles with KPMG auditing clients such as Sasol, Eskom and various mining companies. He served on various consulting, audit and accounting assignments on both private and public sector.
The audit and Accounting work includes Blue Chip companies, Small Medium business enterprises, Government Departments, Municipalities and Non-profit organisations.

Sechaba Thole is currently a director of his own company Thole Chartered Accountants which provides auditing, advisory, tax and consultancy services. He is a registered auditor with IRBA, a chartered accountant in good standing, a registered assessor with SAICA and studying his second and final year in Masters of Business in Leadership with the UNISA School of Business Leadership
