More than another startup event, Startup Grind is a global startup community designed to inspire and connect entrepreneurs through outstanding meetups. Since 2014, Startup Grind in KL has played a key role in connecting startups, talents and aspiring entrepreneurs to each other and to investors, government and larger organizations who are willing to support startups to grow in Malaysia.

Alexander Fernandez, CEO and Co-Founder of Streamline Studios started with a handful of artists and game designers in an apartment. 16 years later they are South East Asia’s biggest game development studio.
Streamline Studios began with the goal of developing premium games that deliver unforgettable experiences. In 2001, the team began developing their own games out of a tiny apartment in Amsterdam. In order to fund their production, they began selling their artwork which was met with great response from the industry. Their first big break came from Gearbox Software, to work on their upcoming James Bond title. Fast forward to 2017 and Streamline Studios is now the world’s premier external development production studio with a staff of 200 and offices in Malaysia, Europe, United States and Japan.
