With more than 20+ years in the PR and media industry and also an author of two books, Freda is the true definition of a well-rounded individual. Being BFM 89.9's Lead Producer/Presenter, she would host, produce and present the Enterprise show, targeting SMEs and managers. 

Freda takes the learning from top achievers in her interviews and breaks it down into skills, practices, strategies, and mindsets that everyone can learn from. Being a top achiever herself, Freda utilises her time effectively by making impact to her community. Currently, she is a mentor at Cherie Blair Foundation of Women which supports women entrepreneurs in developing and emerging economies to access the skills, technology, networks and financial services they need to become successful business owners. Other than that, she would also emcee events/talks and host Alliance Bank Bizsmart Challenge. The list goes on with Freda.
