This month, we’re setting effective goals for successful entrepreneurship and we’re going to be learning all about it from Dr Muyiwa Oludayo. 

Muyiwa is the Principal Consultant at Nathan Leadgate LLC where he champions the course of helping individuals and corporations across unique areas of People, Organization, Learning, and Strategy Solutions.

Muyiwa was recently listed amongst the top 10 Authors (Out of 500 Ranked Authors) in the Multidisciplinary Research Field.

Muyiwa has held senior administrative roles in the Higher Education Sector of Nigeria when he served as Dean of Students at age 29 in Covenant University, became the Youngest University Registrar in Africa at age 32, a role he held for 4years. He has also been the Director of the African Leadership Development Centre at Covenant University where he had the responsibility of designing and implementing Leadership development courses for internal and external audiences covering over 7000 participants weekly. This he did for 2 years between 2015 and 2017.

Muyiwa has recently helped to directly influence over 500, 000 youths in finding their path in career through the N-Power Social Investment Programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria where he designed programmes across 6 thematic areas and produced 25 videos.

Muyiwa supports small businesses across the People, Organization Design, Learning, and Strategy services. He has supported organizations ranging from Law Firms to Fashion Companies to Government Establishments amongst others. His company has also rendered services to a consortium that included UNECA, and Aliko Dangote Foundation.
