En el 2009 Alonso co-fundó Pariwana Hostels premiado por sus ubicaciones en Lima y Cusco. Durante este tiempo dirigió al equipo encargado de desarrollar un software para la gestión y operación de sus hoteles. Actualmente es Co-fundador y CEO de Arrivedo, el primer motor de metasearch para ayudar a los viajeros a encontrar los mejores hoteles con experiencias locales.
