Marta Boura, representing the Lisbon DAO Observatory, is a Lawyer and a Visiting Assistant at the Lisbon's University Law School, as well as a Researcher at CIDP (Center for Private Law Research). Nate Geiger is the CEO and co-founder of Mintbase, a fast, scalable, and green NFT Infrastructure. Mintbase has already raised $1M and is working on bringing NFTs to the NEAR Protocol.
