Pedro Oliveira is the CEO & Co-founder of Talent Protocol, an ecosystem for builders that enables them to have more visibility, through web3 verifiable profiles, and added confidence, through the ability to find invested supporters. Pedro's career goal is to build products that allow individuals to fully own their careers. He's working to make this happen as CEO at Talent Protocol. Pedro had several tours of duty: as a developer, researcher, manager, leader, and founder of several tech startups, including Landing.Jobs. In his own words, he knows a thing or two about Technology & People and is a huge fan of Stargate SG-1, Star Trek, Total War, and Dune.
Afonso Pinheiro is the CEO & Co-founder of Pleez, a company he launched together with Vasco Sampaio after working at McKinsey and Power Dot. He is also a non-exec co-founder & investor in other companies, inc Importrust, Volup, and CleanUp. Pleez is the go-to data source for the food industry to have access to reliable and actionable data, including delivery menu optimization recommendations. Re-launched in Jan 2022, Pleez has a team of 36 top talented elements (working from 6 locations) and acquired >300 clients in Iberia, with an MRR boom of 40x in 10 months. Backed by some of the leading European VCs, like APX and Atlantic Food Labs, Pleez is on a mission to become the Amadeus of the restaurant industry. The startup integrated From Start-to-Table’s 2020 edition, Startup Lisboa acceleration program for restaurant ecosystem innovators.
Joana Pinto is the CEO and co-founder of Clynx. She studied Biomedical Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico and her drive for business and innovation in the healthcare field led her to co-found a Digital Health startup. Clynx helps healthcare providers optimize their Physiotherapy experiences and expand their responsiveness, through a digital gamified solution that can be used in the healthcare units and also in home-based treatments.
Bernardo Tavares is a developer and the CTO at Lever.tax, which is empowering innovative companies through R&D Tax Credits. He's passionate about helping entrepreneurs, tech, and curious people to learn, grow and succeed. Previously, Bernardo worked for the biggest Portuguese electricity company and helped build the tech behind GoParity's Impact Investing platform, first as a full-stack dev, and finally as the CTO, and helped various startups and founders carve their journey as Head of Incubation at Demium.
Tomás Penaguião started in 2016 as an Intern and is now a Partner & Director at Bynd Venture Capital. With +7 years of experience in VC with direct involvement in +35 investments in pre-seed, seed, and early-stage startups. He's responsible for the company’s deal-flow pipeline – proactive relationship with main deal-flow sources, screening +5000 potential investments, +250 extensive business due diligence in several areas. Tomás is the Co-founder of Capim Talho Vegan (an online vegan butcher shop) and Easy Sailing Portugal (a yacht rental company).
Felipe Vieira is the CEO & Co-founder of Networkme, a career platform focused on young talent, currently catering to over >40k active students. With a background in Business Administration and Management, entrepreneurship has always been Felipe's passion. He founded his first company by the age of 17 and he loves working with impact projects, especially regarding talent. His responsibilities in Networkme are mostly related to team management, global strategy, fundraising, and hiring.
Pedro Cerdeira is bridging the gap between Web3, investors, startups, and corporates. He has an MSc in Computer Engineering, and 2 post-grads, and is specialized in strategy, business, go-to-market, and partnerships consulting. Pedro is passionate about the startup ecosystem, as a mentor, advisor, and business angel. He's currently a lecturer and Investor in Residence at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. With over 25 years of experience in the Enterprise IT market, Pedro held several senior international business development, sales management, and alliances and channel management positions in Oracle, Brocade, EMC2, Compaq/HP, Alcatel, and Accenture.
