Jon is the Managing Director at Techstars in the UK. Previously he was co-founder and CEO of Springboard. He also co-founded F6S and tech.eu. 

In addition he also founded Europe's first accelerator bootcamp Ignite100, and helped start Startup WiseGuys in Estonia, Eleven in Bulgaria and TexDrive in Moscow.

Jon is the Managing Director at Techstars in the UK. Previously he co-founded and was CEO of Springboard. He also co-founded F6S, Tech.eu, founded Europe's first accelerator bootcamp Ignite100 and helped start Startup WiseGuys in Estonia, Eleven in Bulgaria and TexDrive in Moscow.

Techstars helped 417 companies to date, out of which over 50 already got acquired. They only accept 1% of applicants. Overall around 90% of startups who go through the Techstars program, get funded. The average investment is $2 million.

Techstars also runs industry specific accelerators in partnerships with high profile companies.

Jon trained was an accountant with Arthur Andersen, and subsequently has worked in various start-ups and turnarounds. He has worked in London, throughout Europe, Australia and also the United States.
