Mike McGee is a Co-founder and Creative Director at Framestore, a London based visual effects and feature animation company. It is Europe's largest post-production house and World's leading animation studio. Framestore won two Oscars for best visual effects for movies Gravity and The Golden Compass. They have three other Oscar nominations (Superman Returns, The Dark Knight, Harry Potter and the Dealthy Hallows), over a dozen Emmy awards and BAFTAs. The company's R&D department spun off into Filmlight in 2010 and received four scientific academy awards.  They just got back from Cannes Film Festival 2014, where Framestore was awarded the Gold Lion for their Happy commercial for Beats by Dre. Today Framestore delivers award winning images and videos in feature films, commercials, music videos, television graphics, television drama and visual effects. They have an impressive list of projects they worked on: - Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows - War Horse - Clash of the Titans - Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time - Salt - The Chronicles of Narnia and many more.
