Russell Hall is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Hailo, the black cab mobile app. A London taxi driver for over 30 years, Russ was previously a co-founder of Taxilight, a web based taxi service. After getting serious traction, Hailo attracted high profile investors, including Richard Branson.

About this event

Many startups are convinced that they have a great idea and all they need to make it happen is money from investors. We have seen too many startups struggle to attract investors and make it work. So we decided to help. We have invited the co-founder of a very successful startup - Hailo, to share with us their amazing journey. So far Hailo has raised $50M in three rounds from very high profile VCs and investors, including Richard Branson.   After the keynote speech, we have invited prominent investors and investment experts to share with us practical advice and useful tips for startups. They will give us tips what to do, how to do it, what to avoid, how to approach investors, how to pitch them, how to follow up and how to make sure startups won't regret signing an investment deal.
