Alexander is the founder of Auctionata | Paddle8, the leading online marketplace for art and luxury objects, which he grew from zero to over $150 million revenues in less than 3 years. Auctionata was successful in fundraising, having raised $96 million. Alexander is the inventor of the livestream auction, the eBay Powerseller of 2006, the DLD Digital Star of 2013 and a finalist of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2014. He is also an accomplished art expert, writer and angel investor. Among the companies he invested in is Betterdoc, Europe’s largest network of physicians, Briefy, the world’s largest network of photographers, and of course Desk.Works, the easiest way to book workspace wherever you are. Alexander is married and has two sons. Alexander continues to pursue his vision of transforming the auction market in the digital world.
