Tracy Chou is a software engineer at Pinterest. She has worked on the home feed and recommendations team, was tech lead on the ads and web teams, and worked on infrastructure, API, email, and growth. Prior to Pinterest, she was an early engineer at Quora. Tracy helped pioneer the wave of tech company diversity data disclosures with a '13 Github repository collecting numbers on women in engineering. She was named Forbes Tech 30 under 30 in 2014 and has been profiled in Vogue and WIRED for her work. Tracy has her M.S. & B.S. from Stanford University.
