Meet Justin

Justin Delaney is an entrepreneur and explorer. Justin worked as a travel writer for AOL and in revenue management for Delta Air Lines before starting and exiting a fashion business he founded while a student - Menguin.

Justin led the acquisition of a small soap business called Buff City Soap and scaled the business as CEO to a nine-figure transaction with General Atlantic. Buff City Soap currently operates over 250 stores nationwide and Delaney remains an owner of the business.

Since exiting Buff City Soap, Delaney has invested in eleven opportunities: Helm Boots, Party Horses, Louisville Vegan Jerky, Cartainers, Stillwater Artisanal, Parable, Blake's Seed Based, Half Day, Hogshead, Norman Sann, and Plan Zero - a documentary.

Delaney is married with three children (8, 7, 4) and lives in Louisville, KY. He has visited over 150 countries and is currently an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University where he teaches leadership to full-time MBA students.
