Everyone loves a good love story. Join us in June at Love City to learn more about this "group of neighbors living in the Portland neighborhood of Louisville with a passion for loving their community by using their gifts, time, and oversized living room – the former Mackin Gym off 26th St." Amanda Bates, Google Fiber Community Impact Lead will sit down with Love City founders, Shawn and Inga Arvin following refreshments and eats by Porkland BBQ. All included with your ticket, as always. So, bring a friend. We got plenty of seats.
Community Impact Lead - Louisville
Google Fiber provides an Internet connection speed of up to one gigabit per second (1,000 Mbit/s) for both download and upload which is roughly 100 times faster access than what most Americans have.
As the Community Impact Lead in Louisville, my job is to partner with non-profits and other charitable organizations who aim to help decrease the digital divide, engage and support the start-up/entrepreneurial community and each neighborhood we are currently serving. Google Fiber believes in each city they deploy a network and are always striving to make each city better in any way we can.
