The Independent Professional force has risen in 99% since the beginning of the millennium, reaching a 29% of all Independent labor force in Europe by 2015, according to the Association of Independent Professionals and Self-Employed. It is perhaps the fact that Vincent Huguet perceived this, back in 2013, as an opportunity to build a bridge among the freelance community and companies, which makes Malt the most relevant freelance community platform in both France and Spain; with a community of almost 45.000 companies and 80.000 freelancers specialized in digital occupations like: designers, project managers, developers, marketing strategists... This time, we'd like to learn about the ongoing market evolution along with the so-known-as #freelancerevolution, through the experience of Vincent Huguet; an entrepreneur whose company has boosted the freelance community spirit and led them to set a fair value to their work and become the new key to success for company projects. Vincent, who will be leading the chat in Spanish, will explain how Malt is growing in Spain with more than 1.000 enterprises using the platform and achieving more flexible and competent dynamics relying on independent specialists. He will also highlight and analyze the importance of developing an autonomous freelance community capable of working together and defending their own rights at work through their own community force. The same community, Malt expects to grow over 10.000 users in Spain by the end of 2018.
