For those who think everything has been said on brick and mortar businesses, we bring the story behind the co-founder of Goiko Grill, Daniela Goicoechea. Within a few years this company has grown so fast (+70 restaurants) and attracted so much attention that we wanted to dive deep into the day to day operations of a business run by brothers on top of a high tech backend lean operations system.

Do you remember those days when you had to research thoroughly to find a decent burger place in Madrid?

A few years back when Andoni and Daniela Goicoechea decided to jump into the game, they started a small restaurant specialized in gourmet burgers along with their parents.

Meals were so succulent and kindness of their staff one of their best traits, that soon they were expanding while experimenting and improving their operations model.

This time, we’d like to share the story behind one of the master-minds of this (for now) local success story: Daniela Goicoechea. Former CMO of the company, Architect and Strategist and one of the best marketers in Spain.
