About this event

A lot has been said about how to split the equity of your business. However, how many times have you heard of a way to fairly distribute shares on your company? you can guess...there aren’t many options out there.

In this workshop-like event, we’d like to introduce you to a simple concept that will revolutionize the way you think is possible to distribute the equity of your early stage startup, preserving the trust worthy relations of your founding partners, while being smart about the founding rounds your company might face in the future.

A while ago Mike Moyer (author of The Slicing Pie) came up with this ingenious way of explaining how an early stage company could develop a process to systematically distribute equity to the most valuable people over time! yes you get it right, over an extended period of time. That means, no more free-riders, no future miss understandings about the ownership of the company, no cluttered cap tables, no more people torpedoing investors negotiations, etc, etc…

This time we’d like to open the door to this amazing tool sharing a real life experience. We are glad to host Enzo Zamora, co-founder of HomyHub (one of the upcoming startups in town!). On this workshop-like event, Enzo will explain how to fairly split the equity of your company, based on a simple formula; all that, seasoned with some real-life examples on how they’ve made it so far at HomyHub using this incredible methodology.

Don’t miss the chance to learn from real life experienced-entrepreneurs how to fairly split your equity while creating a set of incentives that align perfectly with your strategic financial goals.
