Term sheets? Dilution of shares? are you a bit lost?
No worries...we got you covered.
Learning about the fundamentals of financing rounds while running your business is always a challenge. You have to take time and energy away from your core daily tasks to focus on other pressing matters like: what to expect from a term sheet? what are the most important clauses you should be aware of? how you should structure your cap table, how you should deal with share ownership and issue phantom shares...just to name a few.
All the above, while keeping the pace of your business into the growing stage.
Even though you know you are not a legal savvy nor your business runs based on legal technicalities, as founder and/or head of the company, it is your duty to be well informed about all legal options you have on the table way before problems arise.
This time, we are thrilled to count with Javier Pascual - nominated Legal Entrepreneur 2019 (advisor of the first ICO launched in Spain) and the founding partner of CYSAE, to tell you all about the fundamental questions regarding financing rounds, their procedure, what to expect and the essential legal issues you should understand as a businessperson when looking for investment. You'll learn everything you need to prepare for a round.
This workshop-like event is brought to you in collaboration with our friends of LegoLex - the exclusive network of legal firms at your disposal.
Grab a ticket and join us next September 18th to close this year round of workshops.
