Tokiso Nthebe is a young professional with six years working experience in sales and relationship management in banking and telecommunications; where he was the Sales & Distribution Manager at Vodacom Lesotho and a Business Banking Relationship Manager at Nedbank Lesotho. He is also the founder of TKO Consultancy, a company specializing in public speaking coaching, sales training and leadership development with the goal of developing small, medium enterprises (SME).

Tokiso is the President of the Rainbow Toastmasters Club is passionate about public speaking and participates in public speaking initiatives geared at improving presentation and public speaking skills. Tokiso is also passionate about youth development and uses platforms such as radio to educate and motivate the youth to communicate effectively, build self- confidence and to pursue and believe in the their dreams. Tokiso joined the Global Shaper's Maseru Hub to work with likeminded young leaders to empower the youth in Lesotho by contributing his skills set to make a difference. He is currently the Director Finance of the Global Shapers Hub in Maseru.

Tokiso, recently completed his Masters of Commerce (MCom) in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria; where his research focused on the perception of retirement saving in Lesotho. This is a topic he holds very close to his heart and is working towards driving education amongst Basotho to plan and save for their retirement. Tokiso spends his time lecturing Tourism Management at the National University of Lesotho; a vision he believes will change paradigms amongst graduates in Lesotho to embrace tourism to combat the high unemployment rate.
