Startup Grind es la comunidad de emprendedores/as más grande del mundo y está asociada con Google for Startups. Nuestra misión es ayudar a todas las startups, emprendedores/as, innovadores/as e inversores/as del mundo. Lo hacemos organizando un evento mensual para inspirar, educar y conectar a todos los actores. En el Chapter de Mataró somos una comunidad abierta y acogedora, con una mentalidad global y una actitud emprendedora que ayuda al ecosistema empresarial de la ciudad y alrededores.

Manel also has been leading full stack technology strategies for multiple startups during the last 20 years. His professional background starts with more than 10 years being Software Architect. He also was living for 5 years in Berlin where he was working as CTO at Allpago International where he was responsible of the development and operation of a payment engine for LATAM. Focus on availability, scalability, security, Scrum, Kanban and DevOps culture. He also was CTO at Ofertia!, a multichannel application to display digitalized brochures, operating in seven countries with millions of customers. Leading cultural change to Agile (Scrum&Kanban), DevOps culture and design thinking.
