Caroline and Melissa Shawyer are the co-founders of Tech PR agency, The PR Group, whom have been responsible for the successful launches of leading online companies, Etsy, Houzz, Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey, elance-oDesk, Indiegogo and Braintree Payments in Australia. 

Caroline has worked for moe than a decade in International communications for global technology companies in San Francisco, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia as well as founding Australia's first social network for the Internet Industry back in the late 1990s. Melissa, not to be outdone has over 15 years of experience in PR herself,  having provided strategic brand consultancy for Australia’s leading names including the Sydney Olympics, Ansett Australia, JeansWest and the Westfield Group. In addition, she has worked with top end corporations including projects for NAB's Commonwealth Games sponsorship, KPMG and Ericsson Australia. 

Aside from their demonstrable experience, both Caroline and Melissa are PR mentors for aspiring startups through the AngelCube accelerator, which is indicative of their entrepreneurial involvement and passion.
