We are excited to kick off the year discussing servant leadership and mentoring with Austin Baker. Austin is the president of HRO Partners, a human resource consulting and outsourcing firm. We'll talk about their initiative called The Giving Hour, which aims to create 10,000 mentors in the Memphis Area through corporate and organizational partnerships.
