Sandra es la CEO de AMGEN. Preside la Asociación Mexicana de Industrias de Investigación Farmacéutica, dirige el Comité de Diversidad de la Amcham. Asi como Presidenta de la Asociacion Mexicana de la Industria de Investigacion Farmaceutica. Eliminó la obligación de empresas extranjeras a tener una planta física en México para vender sus productos y la regulación de medicamentos biotecnológicos. Ana Vicotria es fundadora de Victoria 147 Organización creada y enfocada para el desarrollo de mujeres emprendedoras y ejecutivas,cuya mision es redefinir el concepto de mujer actual.Trabajó por casi siete años en Endeavor México donde se involucró en proyectos de emprendedores. Impartió clases a nivel licenciatura de Evaluación de Proyectos en la Universidad Anáhuac.
