Durante estos 3 módulos los participantes lograrán:

1.-Definir y entender tu core business, la misión y los objetivos de tu proyecto.

2.-Entender que es un@ soci@ y como realizar un founder's agreement

3.-Entender quién es tu mercado, complementado con necesidades y opciones de recursos y fondeo.

4.-Entender tu core business, desarrollar una estrategia que sea congruente con tu mercado y tus recursos.

5.-Definir tu 80/20 y construir estrategias, metas y formas de medición a partir de esas definiciones.

Este taller lo hemos impartido con empresas que acaban de lanzar su producto y con empresas que tienen más de 250 empleados.

Al finalizar el taller podrás:

-Definir: qué, cómo, cuando, y porqué del negocio.

-Tener un modelo de negocio viable y sostenible.

-Crear proyecciones financieras a 1 año.

During these 3 modules the participants will achieve:

1.-Define and understand your core business, the mission, and the objectives of your project.

2.-Understand what a @soci @ is and how to make a founder's agreement

3.-Understand who your market is, supplemented with needs and options of resources and funding.

4.-Understand your core business, develop a strategy that is consistent with your market and your resources.

5.-Define your 80/20 and build strategies, goals, and ways of measuring from those definitions.

We have taught this workshop with companies that have just launched their product and with companies that have more than 250 employees.

At the end of the workshop you can:

-Define: what, how, when, and why of the business.

-Have a viable and sustainable business model.

-Create 1-year financial projections.
