Elena ha conseguito la laurea in economia presso l‘Università Bocconi di Milano e si è specializzata in marketing alla ESCP Europe a Parigi e Londra. Successivamente ha ricoperto il ruolo di Marketing Manager in Uber, contribuendo al lancio del servizio in Italia e allo sviluppo di alcuni progetti in India, e quello di Co-Ceo in Tinaba. Ora ha la responsabilità di sviluppare il business di Circle in Italia, a partire dalla creazione e formazione del team italiano, al lancio di nuovi prodotti e nuove feature di Circle Pay, passando per le attività di marketing e comunicazione volte a rafforzare il brand in Italia e ad avvicinare gli italiani al tema dei pagamenti digitali e alla tecnologia blockchain.
Chiara is currently coordinating the activities and development of the community at Talent Garden, the biggest network of coworking campuses in Europe dedicated to digital and innovation. In her professional career she worked in customer care as well as an Event Coordinator for the startup hub SUP46 in Stockholm. Chiara is Chief Operations Officer at SheTech.
Lisa is partner e investor manager at PranaVentures, a venture capital investing in early stage startups. From 2007 to 2017 she worked for Dpixel and was an investor manager for PrimoMiglio SGR, while from 2009 to 2015 she was project leader for Telecom Italia's Open Innovation project. Lisa is also the President of SheTech, a community aiming to support women in technology, digital and entrepreneurship.
Martina graduated in International Relations at LUISS and in Green Management & CSR at Bocconi. After an internship at the European Commission and some research experiences in the field of sustainability, in 2012 she started her career as CSR/Sustainability Advisor in different consultancy companies. Since 2009, Corporate Responsibility Expert at Amnesty International and since 2016 Contract Professor at Il Sole24ore Business School and other Universities teaching on sustainability. In 2007, she attended G20 and G7’ stakeholder engagement group as civil society representative focused on women empowerment and CSR. Over the past years she lived in Italy, France, Belgium, China and Turkey.
Valentina graduated in Economics at the University of Perugia, holds a PhD in Economics: "Internationalization of SMEs". After a specialization in International Business at Columbia University and some experiences as assistant professor in Microeconomics, in 2008 she started her practice at the Angelantoni Industrie as BDM in renewable sector. Since 2013, she is CEO of Wisepower srl, and founder of EPR Solution in Miami since 2016.
Wisepower designs and realizes a new class of electric energy generators for electronic mobile devices. Wisepower use new approach to solve the energy needs of mobile electronic devices based on the transformation of energy available from the ambient when and where is needed.
Specifically, Wisepower has developed a new and innovative technology for the energy-conversion, based on the use of non-linear dynamics applied to physical systems. Vibrational, light, heat energies, to name a few, are harvested from the ambient and converted into the electric energy available for powering electronic devices.

Betta Maggio is a serial entrepreneur from the age of 21 and she is the CEO and Founder of U-earth Biotechnologies. U-earth is the first biotech company in the world to deal with air purification in a professional environment, using biological air purification through patents and exclusive proprietary technologies, derived from 30 years of scientific research in the USA and in Europe.
Betta and a core team of engineers and scientists have developed and industrialized powerful and innovative plug-and-play systems for improving air quality at 360 degrees for all the contaminants at the same time, with no type or size limits, naturally destroying then by feeding them to friendly harmless concentrated bacteria.
Since 2012 she has been fully committed in making the world a better place by implementing the Pure Air Zone Project, which aims to create clean air areas in indoor and outdoor settings which are able to capture and destroy air pollution faster that its current global generation rate.
Betta is a very optimistic, energetic, passionate and resilient person, with a passion for art and design, madly in love with her beautiful 3 children and lifetime partner.
She travels the world to talk to governments, companies, and people about the importance of breathing clean air to live a better, stronger, smarter existence, promoting Pure Air Zones to overcome and reverse the global air pollution crisis for the future generations to be able to thrive.
Andrea is the Startup Grind Milano Director and has organized over 40 SG events with more than 4500 participants in this 3 years of activity.
Born in Napoli, Bachelor in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan, Master in Marketing at ESADE Business School, Andrea started his career at Google as an Industry Analyst. After two years, he moved at Vodafone Italy as a Marketing Manager where he worked for 2.5 years managing the Prepaid Market and then the Partnerships of the company.
In 2016, Andrea left Vodafone and founded Machiavellico, a startup that changed TeamBuilding, SoftSkills Learning and Group Recruiting making them Experiential. He raised 300k for Machiavellico and sold it in 2017.
Andrea is now a Consultant & a Professor of Applied Entrepreneurship & Digital Marketing. He organizes over 20 events per year.
