Liberia is adapting to the reality of the ICT generation and the young people are the the focal point in the ICT environment as they are the creater and consumer of technology. We will be discussing the interest of young Liberians and their involvement in the ICT sector with one of Liberia youngest ICT change maker Willie-Bee Tingba Jr. He will share his experience in the ICT community due to his active involvement in the establishment of the first ever student ICT movement call the Liberia IT Student Union (LITSU), part-time lecturer at BlueCrest University, an ICT Entrepreneur and Consultant. Willie works as an IT Officer for the government of Liberia Integrity House, the Internal Audit Agency(IAA) located oldest congo town, Liberia and he is also a part-time lecturer at the BlueCrest University College Liberia where he teaches; Windows server technologies, Operating Systems, Human-Computer Interface and Data communication network at the, Freshman, Junior, and senior level. He is an implementing member of the Universal Access Fund project at the Liberia Telecommunications Authority. Willie is a President emeritus and Founder of Liberia Information Technology Student Union, the premier IT youth association in the country.
