Hernán Fernández Lamadrid Cofounder & Managing Partner, Angel Ventures Mexico   Hernán is one of the founding partners of Angel Ventures Mexico, the leading Angel Investment Network in Mexico, currently with five chapters under operation in Mexico City, Puebla, Tijuana, San Diego and Sonora. He has been one of the architects of a sustainable business model for an Angel Investment Network, which has capitalized 11 projects worth over 11 million USD. He is also a General Partner for AVM Coinvestment Fund I, an US $20 MM Fund focused on early stage investments.   Previous to Angel Ventures Mexico, Hernán was a Business Associate for Booz&Co (Formerly Booz Allen Hamilton), one of the leading Management consulting firms. Before being a Consultant, he also worked as a Corporate Lawyer forPricewaterhouseCoopers in their offices in Mexico City and a short internship in Paris, France. Hernán has also worked at several projects and initiatives such as the United Nations Development Programme Growing Sustainable Business Initiative (UNDP GSB) in New York and Paraguay, and Tecnonexo, an Endeavor company in Argentina.   Hernan holds a BA in Law for the Instituto Tecnologico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
