This Fuzzy Logic, we bring to you the words of wisdom from the CTO of PayTm Insider himself- Neehar Venugopal. He will be elaborating on how PayTm Insider has used tech to improve customer experience, resulting in tremendous growth.

Speaker Bio:

Neehar Venugopal, an ardent fan of Javascript and the tech genius behind Paytm Insider brings with him a deep understanding of how technology can be used to connect creators and fans in a multitude of ways.

He drives technology strategy across multiple domains including ticketing, customer experience, and operations at one of India’s leading ticketing platforms- PayTM Insider. Since 2014, he has been an integral part of Paytm Insider, working on making sure that the ‘happening’ events in the city, do actually happen. Before Insider.in, as a part of Only Much Louder (OML), he helped build apps and services such as NH7 inTown to connect people to the best entertainment options in their city. Listen to him and interact with him to understand the inside view of how he is using tech to create a disruptive application.
