Startup Grind Muscat will be hosting Adrienne Yandell of ReBoot Kamp on May 21st at 7PM. Adrienne Yandell is a social entrepreneur focused on post-conflict economic recovery and educational rehabilitation. ReBootKamp (RBK) is a non-profit social enterprise and the first fully immersive code bootcamp in the Arab world.

About this event

Adrienne Yandell is a social entrepreneur focused on post-conflict economic recovery and educational rehabilitation. Her current work and research aims to identify and understand the root causes of youth unemployment in the MENA region while identifying and supporting the best solutions in the education ecosystem that are emerging to solve these problems. In addition to her present research and work at RBK, Adrienne is an experienced program manager who has served in US Embassies around the world. She holds a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from MIT and an MBA from the University of Oxford.

ReBootKamp (RBK) is a non-profit social enterprise and the first fully immersive code bootcamp in the Arab world. RBK’s training includes a robust suite of technical and non-technical skills, meeting the top five skill gaps identified by leaders of Jordan’s ICT industry. Driven by market demand and with 100% employment upon graduation, the program is offered to both refugees and Jordanian nationals with 50% of the seats reserved for women.
