Nachiket is a born innovator, scientist and explorer. He never settles at just solving one small problem, he looks at creating impact at a larger scale- thus his  unsettling nature makes him the head R&D at Phool

Phool is an award-winning social enterprise that has pioneered the flowercycling technology to prevent the river Ganges from turning into a religious sewer. 

Awarded by Fast Company as World Changing Ideas 2018 as well as by United Nations as Young Leaders and mentioned by Forbes, Fortunes and Stanford social review Phool is revolutionizing the way India handles the million-ton temple-waste problem.

When Ankit Agarwal, the founder of Phool had this crazy idea to convert floral waste into some good products, Nachiket came to assistance as a pillar which can support the technology development side. He has played key role in creating a protocol to manufacture a substitute for thermocol from flowers and currently his research is focused on bio-leather. 

His interest in research stems from his curiosity for nature and life. He is passionate about bringing breakthrough innovations from lab to the markets. 

B.Tech from IIT Bombay followed by a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. His love for Science is unmatched.
