Mini Workshop Series : How founders can capitalize on their strengths

Thursday, October 21, 2021, 4:30 – 6:00 PM UTC

How founders can capitalize on their strengths and empower the team to lead on the rest!

About this event

How founders can capitalize on their strengths and empower the team to lead on the rest!

If you are a founder who is good in a few things, but not in all aspects that your startup needs, it's ok, no one is.

To help you answer those critical questions, we will be hosting Becca Brighty, a Business Psychologist, Coach and co-founder of the culture and wellbeing assessment platform, We Love Work. She helps driven businesses and professionals to understand their purpose, achieve their potential and build successful businesses and careers.

We will also hear from Tedco Business Support - our Event Local Partner, on how they support founders and the raising the profile of the eco-system.

Come join us for hands on Mini Workshop to:

- Understand how to identify your strengths and how to super charge them.

- Power of delegation and how to do it right.

- Building the right team to lead on the rest.

About Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Month

This month Startup Grind is celebrating DEI month, presented with SVB and supported by Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs. DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; 31 days to emphasize the importance of diversity across our global startup ecosystem, and what it means to all of us. We are so excited to take this time to recognize and amplify the voices of leaders in our globally diverse communities, providing a platform for those that may not have been heard previously.

In addition to this event, you can also view Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Month events taking place across our global startup community here or register for our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit here.
