Most recently Giancarlo Co-founded Tapit in 2011, a global mobile advertising network that provided advanced technology that enables mobile targeting and delivery for advertiser and agencies. The company served billions of mobile ad impressions monthly and works closely with ComScore 1000 publishers, Android and iOs Applications Developers, Mobile Web Publishers, advertisers and agencies in the mobile media space. Within a few years the company was acquired by Phunware (2013) for $23 million. Prior to that, he built and sold companies in the finance industry.
Currently, Giancarlo is working on a wide variety of internet related projects with his team in Poland. With a focus on mobile and advertising, his team has deep expertise in a full spectrum of advertising and user acquisition.
He co-founded Smoji, a unique new social messaging app that allows users to communicate with emojis and sound has launched their Android, iOS and Chrome Web Store apps.
